摘要:近年来,我国水源污染问题日益严重,并已经开始影响到城市饮用水的水质安全。基于这一现实,本文分析探讨了水源保护区的生态恢复问题,并提出了建立生态水源保护区的概念和内涵。生态水源保护区就是具有湿地处理系统、林木缓冲系统和清新空气保护系统三维一体化的可以实现水源保护和水量保证的、符合可持续发展要求的水源保护区。这一概念首次从三维一体的角度全面系统地研究了水源保护区的生态恢复问题。生态水源保护区的概念可以从三个层次来进行理解,一是水质保护;二是水质净化;三是符合可持续发展要求的水质安全保障。生态水源保护区的内涵,就是要求将新的科学理念(生态水源保护区的概念)融入到水源保护工作中去,逐步实现面向生态的水源保护和水资源调控。另外,本文还介绍了国内外在水源生态恢复,建立生态水源保护区方面的具体措施和实践。

Abstract:Pollution of water source is becoming severe recently in China,which begin to affect urban drinking water quality safety.Based the fact,ecological resume of water source was analyzed, the concept of ecological water source region was put forward.Ecological water source region is water source region which have wetland system,forest system and air purification system, which can safeguard the water resource according with sustainable development requirement.The ecological resume of water source region was systematically studied by three dimensions in the concept of ecological water source region.The concept of ecological water source region can be understood from three arrangements:protection of water quality firstly;purification of water quality secondly;safeguard according with sustainable development finally.The connotation of ecological water source region suggests bringing scientific conception into protection of water source,in order to realize ecological water source protection and control of water resource step by step.In addition,the domestic and overseas material measures and practice of ecological resume ecological water source region were introduced.
